FGV participates in school year opening ceremony of Angola’s National School of Public Administration
Professors Marcus Vinicius Rodrigues and Jamil Moyses Filho attended the Opening Ceremony of the Academic Year of National School of Public Administration (ENAD), in Luanda (Angola). The event was also attended by the Minister of Public Administration, Employment, and Social Security of Angola, Antonio Pitra Neto, the Director of the Angolan Office of the President’s Chief of Staff, Aldemiro Conceição, and the General Director of ENAD, Hugo Braz.
The Center for Cooperation with Africa and Portugal (NuCAP) of FGV’s International Affairs Division (DINT), with support from the Institute for Educational Development (FGV IDE), has been offering training programs for executives from public and private institutions in Angola, through institutions such as ENAD.
The trip to Angola resulted in a series of meetings with Angolan government officials and businesspeople, who were introduced to the Executive Training programs that will be offered in 2017 in the country. FGV’s mission also met with the Board of the National Bank of Angola (BNA), the Board of the Local Training Institute (IFAL), Board of Fundação Eduardo Santos (FESA), and the Brazilian Ambassador in Angola.
