1st Global Advanced Project Management Seminar - Registrations Open

The Fundação Getulio Vargas, in partnership with the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and the Instituto de Desenvolvimento em Gestão e Projetos (IDGP), puts you in contact with one of the most important names in Project Management of the world.

For the first time in Brazil, William Duncan - Primary author of the first edition of the most important book in Project Management: PMBoK Guide - will administer two days of seminars in each city about the current challenges in the area of Project Management.
 
The workshop is formatted in 16 hours, and all participants with 70% attendance will received a certificate by FGV + IPMA.
 
In São Paulo we bring two-day program designed to help project managers develop the skills needed to manage in this environment. This program will help you meet your project success criteria through better control of how the seller’s work is done. Approximately 60% of classroom time is devoted to hands-on exercises and directed discussion.
 
On the other hand, in Rio de Janeiro, our focus is provide you with insight into proven approaches for problem-solving and reliable tools for decision-making. You will learn how to use the FADE approach (Focus, Analyze, Decide, Execute) developed by Organizational Dynamics, Inc. In addition, how FADE can be used with other formal problem-solving approaches such as Kepner-Tregoe, ROSCAR, PDCA, and DMAIC. In addition, how decision-making is an integral part of problem solving.
 
You can sign up for the event in one of the cities or both with special payment terms. Both cities will count on the special participation of Raphael Albergarias – President of IPMA Brazil.
