Objective
This course presents the students with a panoramic view of the legal aspects of bankruptcy, offers a practical notion to the bankruptcy rules and the role of the judicial reorganization in today’s global economic context, as well as proposed solutions to crisis recovery.

Law professionals, students, businessmen/women and researchers who are looking to obtain or review a basic notion about this subject.

Certification
To receive this course certification students are expected to have an attendance of at least 75%.
