Objective
This course aims to help CEOs, presidents, directors and senior level employees , to improve their management skills as well as develop and execute innovative strategies aimed at preparing themselves for the present and future challenges faced by organizations and to maximize their results.

- Presential: at FGV in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo or Brasília (to be defined).
- Semi-Presential: face-to-face meetings at FGV in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo or Brasília (to be defined) and virtual meetings transmitted by webconference.
- Virtual: 100% live classes transmitted by webconference.
Academic Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Certification
To receive this course certification students are expected to have an attendance of at least 75%.
