Klaus Freitas Stier

Manager in charge of the coordination of international projects at FGV. Responsible for the development and implementation of training courses, consultancy projects and applied studies to foreign clients and partners. He is also involved in the formulation and implementation of FGV’s global strategies, contributing, in particular, to strengthening the institution’s international engagement with think tanks, foreign governments, universities and international organizations. He holds a degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), and a master's degree in Public Administration from the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration at FGV (FGV EBAPE). He is a visiting lecturer at the Brazilian Army Command and Staff College.
