Melissa Guterres

Melissa Guterres holds a postgraduate degree in International Business from IBMEC and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal Fluminense, with an emphasis on Strategic Studies. She promotes the internationalization of higher education institutions and has experience in mobility and negotiation of international partnerships. Additionally, she manages the development and implementation of institutional internationalization policies.
